The City of Buenos Aires, increasingly and justifiably touted as Latin America’s Gay Capital, needed a comprehensive and dynamic way of conveying information about its varied and ever-changing gay scene. This concern is at the origin of GAYBA, a project started under the auspices of the City Government’s Tourism Bureau, that is currently the most ambitious bilingual multimedia system aimed at local and international gay visitors.
